These Terms govern your use of Engato.io, operated by Shopkees Trading LLC (UAE). By using the platform, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Description

Engato is a WhatsApp Business API automation platform that enables businesses to send customer-initiated messages, notifications, and support communications using official WhatsApp Cloud API.

2. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Use Engato only for opt-in, consent-based messaging
  • Not send spam or unsolicited messages
  • Follow all applicable laws
  • Follow WhatsApp & Meta messaging policies
  • Maintain accurate account information

You are responsible for all activity on your account.

3. WhatsApp / Meta Compliance

You must comply with:

  • WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy
  • Meta Platform Policies
  • UAE communication laws

Violation may result in suspension.

4. Account Registration

You must be 18+ and provide accurate information. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure.

5. Subscription & Billing

Engato uses monthly subscriptions:

  • You authorize recurring card charges
  • Fees are non-refundable unless required by law
  • Failed payments may suspend your service

6. Data Usage Reference

Your data is handled according to our Privacy Policy:

7. Account Suspension Rights

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

  • You violate policies
  • You misuse WhatsApp API
  • You fail to pay fees
  • You engage in prohibited messaging

8. Intellectual Property

All platform content belongs to Engato. You retain ownership of your data.

9. Limitation of Liability

Engato is not liable for:

  • Message delivery failures
  • WhatsApp API outages
  • Indirect or consequential losses

Maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last billing cycle.

10. Termination

You may cancel anytime. Access continues until your billing period ends.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by UAE law.
